Description: This knife was done as an exact copy to a knife I built for a customer in the Military. I built the two knives at the same time. They were both edge quenched to provide the best possible blade. The knives were part his design and part mine. The blade sweeps up and the handle has a sharp butt on it and could be used to strike someone. He wanted me to build him a knife that he could carry in Iraq and depend on if he gets deployed. I built and tested both of them. Both knives chopped two two-by-fours in half and also chopped a couple full diet coke cans in half in one chop. I also shaved on some wood and tried the put the edge under a lot of stress. They performed very well. I feel confident that I am sending him a great knife and this one will perform just as well. This knife will come with a normal fold over pouch sheath. The sheath for the other knife is specially designed to allow him to carry it comfortably with all of his gear. This knife has filework on the back of the spine. The handle is a tapered full tang. I drilled out holes in the tang to lighten the knife. This knife could come with the same kind of sheath at added expense.
